Terms of Service
The agreement covering use of this site and your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing radiantvault.com (the "Site") or purchasing a Radiant Vault product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site or purchase our products.
2. Who We Are
Radiant Vault ("Radiant Vault," "we," "us," "our") designs and sells offline AI hardware appliances, running Project NOMAD, together with related accessories, content packs, and subscription services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.
4. Products, Pricing, and Orders
Product tiers. We offer four hardware tiers — Cache, Vault, Reserve, and Citadel — described in full on our Configure & Buy page, along with optional add-ons, content packs, and subscriptions.
Pre-orders. Current orders are pre-orders secured with a deposit. See our separate Pre-Order & Deposit Terms for details specific to that process — those terms govern until your unit ships, at which point this document and our Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies apply.
Pricing. Prices are listed on the Site and may change at any time. Your order snapshots the price, discount, and total in effect at the time you placed it; later price changes don't affect existing orders.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill.
5. Payment
You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your deposit at the time of order and your remaining balance when your unit ships, using the payment method on file with the processor. We do not store your full card number ourselves.
6. Intellectual Property
Project NOMAD. The software running on Radiant Vault hardware is based on Project NOMAD, licensed under Apache 2.0. Your rights to that software are governed by its open-source license, available at [link to license].
Radiant Vault marks and content. The Radiant Vault name, logo, hardware design, site content, and packaged content library curation are our property or licensed to us, and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without permission, except as your open-source rights under Apache 2.0 separately allow.
7. Content Library
The knowledge base included with your device (encyclopedic, medical, educational, and reference material) is provided for informational purposes. See our Liability Waiver for important limitations, particularly around medical and survival-related content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute our proprietary content packs outside the terms of your license, attempt to circumvent hardware or licensing protections, use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful content, or misuse the Contact Us form or portal for abusive purposes.
9. Disclaimers
Our products are provided "as is." Hardware specifications, AI capability descriptions, and performance figures reflect our best testing and estimates at each tier but are not guarantees of performance for any particular use case. We do not warrant that the device or its AI outputs will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose, including emergency or life-safety use. See our Warranty Policy for what is separately warranted.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the product or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Radiant Vault against claims arising from your misuse of the product, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Delaware], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Dispute resolution mechanism — binding arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
