Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to WCAG AA, what's been done, and how to reach us if something is hard to use.

Our Commitment

Radiant Vault is committed to making radiantvault.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We've built the Site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time checklist.

What We've Built

  • Adjustable text size — on-page controls (A-, A, A+) let you increase or decrease text size without breaking layout
  • Keyboard navigation — every interactive element on the Site, including the Configure & Buy flow, can be operated without a mouse
  • Reduced-motion support — the Site respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting and provides a static fallback for scroll-driven visual effects
  • Color contrast — text and interface elements meet WCAG AA contrast requirements against our dark graphite and amber color palette
  • Semantic structure — pages use proper heading structure and semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate content logically
  • Alt text — images carry descriptive alternative text

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a continuous process. As we add features — the customer portal, subscriptions pages, mesh networking consultation forms — we test them against the same WCAG AA standard before launch and revisit existing pages as tooling and standards evolve.

Compatible Technology

The Site is designed to work with modern screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), browser zoom, and keyboard-only navigation across current versions of major browsers.
