Radiant Vault's offline knowledge library includes reference material such as medical guides, survival and field manuals, and other emergency-preparedness content. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, emergency services, legal advice, or licensed professional judgment. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional whenever such services are available to you.
2. AI-Generated Output
Your device's on-board AI assistant generates responses based on patterns in its training and available reference material. Like all AI systems, it can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading output, including in high-stakes situations such as medical, survival, or safety-related queries. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated response for any particular purpose, and you should not rely on it as your sole source of guidance in an emergency.
3. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the information and AI output provided by your Radiant Vault device, including any decisions made in reliance on it. Radiant Vault does not supervise, verify, or guarantee outcomes based on your use of the product's content or AI features.
4. Assumption of Risk
You understand that off-grid, emergency, and survival situations carry inherent risks that no device or reference material can eliminate, and you assume those risks when choosing to rely on Radiant Vault's content or AI output in such situations.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant Vault, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the device's content library or AI-generated output. This waiver is in addition to, not a replacement for, the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
6. Acknowledgment
Completing your purchase confirms that you have read and understood this waiver, that you are voluntarily accepting the risks described above, and that you agree it applies to your use of the product going forward, not just at the moment of purchase.
