Our Approach
Radiant Vault's whole reason for existing is that your device never phones home. We hold our own website to a similar standard: we use the smallest set of cookies possible, and none of them track you across other sites or feed an advertising network.
1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember what's in your cart as you move through the Configure & Buy flow — pick your machine, customize it, and check out. Without it, your cart wouldn't persist between steps or if you reload the page. This cookie:
- Does not identify you personally
- Does not track your activity on other websites
- Is not used for advertising or retargeting
- Is deleted or expires automatically after a period of inactivity
Because this cookie is strictly necessary for the Site's core function (an operating cart), it doesn't require separate opt-in consent under most cookie laws — but we're disclosing it here anyway, consistent with our privacy posture elsewhere on the Site.
2. Analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (in the style of Plausible) to see aggregate traffic patterns — how many people visit, which pages they land on. This doesn't use cookies, doesn't build an individual profile of you, and doesn't share data with ad networks.
3. What We Don't Use
- No third-party advertising cookies
- No retargeting or remarketing pixels
- No cross-site tracking cookies
- No social media tracking widgets embedded on the Site
4. Managing Cookies
Because our only cookie is functional, disabling cookies in your browser will affect your ability to use the cart across Configure & Buy, but won't remove any tracking, since there isn't any to remove. You can control or delete cookies through your browser's settings at any time.
5. Changes to This Policy
If we ever add a new cookie or tracking technology, we'll update this page and the effective date above before it goes live, and we'll seek any consent required by law at that time.
